I wanted this to be a blog about all my running in 2011, but getting injured in January didn't do much for that. So, I'm going to track my progress for a half in January '12, and then a full in November of '12. Annnd, we're off!

Training Day 2
Ran after work again tonight with Pipes and Scotty (my GPS). Was a fine run, nothing too special, but I did try to do a pace run. I'm going to try to make Thursdays my pace days and do the run at or under 9:30. I'd like to do the race in January at 9:30 or less, so hopefully this will help my speed.
Its starting to get cooler out so this bodes really well for training this fall!
